1. What does “Pack” mean?
“Pack” refers to how many ornaments you want using the same photo, and each pack includes a built-in discount:
• Pack 1 = 1 ornament
• Pack 2 = 2 ornaments
• Pack 3 = 3 ornaments
• Pack 4 = 4 ornaments
If you want ornaments with different photos, simply add each photo to your cart separately.

2. How many people can be in one ornament?
There’s no limit. Our artist removes the background and keeps meaningful details.
For the best result, choose a photo where everyone is close together.

3. How long does it take?
Preview: within 24 hours
Crafting: 1–2 days after approval
