I am really discouraged, first my order was missed, in that conversation at that time I added my dog to the order. The order finally came in minus the dog. Upon letting you know , I was sent an apology and told that it would be sent right away at no cost to me. Well an order came in yesterday but it was not the dog, it was one of the original photo of my two daughters. Where is my dog?

I gifted my friend with this ornament and she loved it. I was impressed with the quality and care given in packaging. After seeing their fine workmanship, I ordered more ornaments to give my friends for Christmas 2025.
